VP of Finance

A rapidly growing technology organization is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy, operational excellence, and long‑term value creation. The VP of Finance will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, driving clarity, discipline, and insight across the organization. • Provide financial leadership and strategic partnership to the CEO, executive team, and Board
• Build and enhance the financial planning infrastructure to support growth and evolving business needs
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and capital allocation
• Guide the development of financial dashboards, KPIs, and insights tailored to a software environment
• Lead revenue modeling, subscription forecasting, customer lifetime value analysis, and SaaS‑specific metrics
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance across the organization
• Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, and automation to scale operational finance
• Support pricing strategy, product economics, margin optimization, and financial modeling for new initiatives
• Drive cross‑functional alignment with key partners across Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM teams
• Provide executive‑ready reporting and analysis with clarity, precision, and a strategic lens

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred
• Senior‑level finance leadership experience within the software or SaaS industry (required)
• Strong understanding of subscription revenue models, ARR/MRR metrics, and software P&L dynamics
• Proven experience scaling finance teams, systems, and processes in a growth‑oriented environment
• Executive presence and the ability to translate complex financial narratives into clear business insights
• Demonstrated success leading forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Strong command of financial systems and comfort driving technology‑enabled improvements
• A collaborative, forward‑thinking leadership style and the ability to influence across functions
