Corporate Controller

A growing organization is seeking a Corporate Controller to provide financial leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence across the enterprise. The Corporate Controller will serve as the senior-most accounting leader, guiding a high-performing team, strengthening financial rigor, and partnering closely with executive leadership to support future growth. • Full ownership of corporate accounting operations, including general ledger management, close processes, and financial reporting
• Development and execution of accounting policies that align with best practices and support organizational growth
• Strengthening of internal controls, risk mitigation processes, and financial governance
• Leadership of a high-performing accounting team, including coaching, development, and organizational design
• Collaboration with senior leadership on strategic planning, cash management, forecasting, and long‑range financial direction
• Oversight of audit relationships and compliance initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Evaluation and enhancement of accounting systems and technology to drive efficiency and data integrity
• Identification of opportunities to streamline processes, modernize reporting, and elevate the finance function as a whole

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline;
  CPA strongly preferred
• Deep experience leading accounting organizations, ideally within complex or evolving environments
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP, internal controls, technical accounting, and financial reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams
• Strong command of financial systems, process optimization, and operational accounting excellence
• Strategic mindset paired with the ability to dive into details when necessary
• Exceptional communication skills, with confidence engaging directly with executives and cross-functional leaders
