About the Role: As a CBRE Lease Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for administering/maintaining leases and conducting reconciliations for small to large-sized clients. This includes resolving client operational and payment related issues, as well as ensuring operating expenses follow lease terms. This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.

What

You’ll Do
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure the payments of rent(s) are paid in a timely manner.

  • Assist with the transition of new and existing accounts. Solve critical client issues related to payment transactions, lease terms, etc

  • Help perform quality control review of administered leases. Correct any verifications and updates to meet required lease related compliance and reporting.

  • Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements received. Verify the expenses charged to clients following lease clauses.

  • Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and appropriate charges are made and recorded.

  • Assist with the preparation of CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to business control standards and guidelines.

  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Gather and review data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.

  • Assess and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Advanced organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Complex math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lease Admin Analyst position is $26.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $30 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
