Location: Cleveland, OH – Hybrid (3 days in the Corporate Campus office at 7007 Broadway Ave, Cleveland, OH 44105; 2 days remote)

We recruit a mortgage loan administrator/processor for the Mortgage Passport team. The role requires thorough knowledge of loan products and the ability to manage a large pipeline of loan applications.

• Manages loan applications originated in the Mortgage Passport Department and those generated by our broker partners, via the online channel and phone.
• Performs business development tasks, managing pipeline volume and maintaining communication with customers and external loan officers throughout their transaction.
• Communicates with applicants to explain product terms, gather personal data, and answer questions relating to refinance, purchase, pre‑approval or equity transactions.
• Communicates with external loan officers to educate on product benefits, process standards, and troubleshoot loan scenarios.

• Strong ability to understand customer needs and build professional relationships.
• DU loan experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience following loan applications from origination through closing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills.
• PC proficiency required.

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour.
