The Sherwin-Williams Automation & Insights Full-Time Development Program offers hands‑on experience in predictive insights and business process automation through a 12‑month rotational learning path.
The rotations include Predictive Planning & Insights and Business Process Automation across all Sherwin‑Williams Finance Networks, preparing you for an analyst role upon successful completion.
The program begins June 2026 and requires in‑person attendance in our downtown Cleveland, OH office five days a week.
Day to Day Responsibilities- Learn the utilization of advanced financial analytics to instigate business‑process optimization, support profit maximization, and develop strategic growth plans;
- Support scenario planning, modeling, and provide insights that guide the company’s financial strategy and trajectory;
- Identify and implement business process automation to optimize efficiency, leveraging digital capabilities for assessment, development, and implementation of automated solutions for change planning and development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of functional processes and demonstrate the impact of employees on Sherwin‑Williams’ success.
- Partner with fellow participants through professional networking and engagement opportunities;
- Collaborate with a variety of finance and accounting experts and learn from Sherwin‑Williams leaders.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future;
- Must have a completed degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field at the start of this program.
- Prior academic or work experience in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field;
- At least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook);
- Experience working in a team‑oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.;
- At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role, supervising others, or leading teams;
- Previous Sherwin‑Williams Internship or Co‑Op experience;
- Previous experience in the Sherwin‑Williams Corporate Finance Internship Program.
