LOB Risk Specialist Senior

Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

• Execute the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable.
• Participate in the design and development of risk management programs to meet business and regulatory expectations.
• Lead in the design and development of specific risk management program components.
• Execute risk management programs within or across lines of business, including self‑assessment and quality reviews; may lead cross‑functional teams.
• Provide risk expertise while working with businesses and risk partners such as Compliance, Credit, Legal, and Audit.
• Lead or influence risk initiatives and business as usual activities, identify risk, assess impact, and recommend resolution.
• Report and escalated risk and program compliance as appropriate.
• Partner on initiatives such as onboarding new applications, testing and refining controls, analyzing and interpreting data, and enhancing automation and reporting.
• Contribute to surveillance, AML reviews, audits, governance exercises, and cross‑functional projects.

• 3+ years of direct or relevant industry experience.
• Project‑based work or project management experience.
• University degree, Bachelor’s preferred.

  Change Management, Conflict Management, Crisis Management, Emerging Risks, Influencing Change, Operations Management, Risk Management Programs, Strategic Planning.
• Strong competencies in collaboration, data gathering and reporting, decision making, effective communication, and regulatory environment for financial services.
• Knowledge of internal controls, operational risk, organizational governance, process management, and standard operating procedures.

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $ (varies by location and experience). The role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and individual performance.
