We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Tax Analyst with a strong international tax focus to join our corporate tax team. In this role, you will support global tax compliance, reporting, and planning for a complex, multinational organization. Key Responsibilities:
Income Tax Provision & Reporting
- Manage quarterly and annual U.S. GAAP income tax provision processes
- Review international tax packages and consolidated tax provisions
- Conduct valuation allowance analyses and prepare footnote disclosures
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual journal entries for domestic and foreign entities
Compliance & Tax Filings
- Lead income tax compliance processes, including extensions and quarterly estimated payments
- Assist in the preparation and review of U.S. federal and international tax forms (e.g., 1120, 1118, 5471, 8858, 8990–8993)
- Use excel-based international tax modules to support GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credit, and other U.S. international calculations
- Prepare and review state tax apportionment schedules and state income tax returns
- Support additional state filings (such as CAT, personal property, real estate taxes)
International Tax Support
- Maintain detailed work papers for Earnings & Profits (E&P), FDII, DASTM, Section 987 calculations, stewardship, and other informational reporting
- Coordinate with external tax advisors on master/local transfer pricing documentation
- Support finance teams in other jurisdictions with global income tax compliance
Systems & Process Integration
- Utilize One Stream for financial data retrieval and ensure alignment with tax calculation tools
- Prepare data for integration into One Source for both provision and compliance processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reporting quality
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or MST preferred
Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in public accounting or a corporate tax department
- Strong background in federal, state, and international tax
- Experience working with or supporting SEC reporting environments preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with One Source tax software preferred
- Familiarity with One Stream or similar financial reporting systems is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and jurisdictions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable
