Spitzer Ford in St Marys is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers while growing their career at a top regional employer. The Finance Manager is responsible for coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers and works with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers.

• Sells financing and insurance to customers
• Attains and gross production goals and objectives for financial services
• Reviews customer credit applications
• Offers extended service contracts and other owner protection programs
• Assesses profitability of financing arrangements for the dealership
• Uses the menu selling process
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• Ensures compliance with all laws and regulatory obligations related to financial services and products; abides by Red Flag standards
• Complies with Safeguard and Transaction compliance rules
• Ensures operations comply with organizational guidelines and applicable laws
• Oversees completion and submission of all financing documents
• Acts as liaison between the customer and lending institutions
• Adheres to F&I reporting requirements
• Attends weekly manager meetings
• Develops relationships with customers and bridges disconnects in the sales process
• Builds rapport to create referrals and presents financing options
• Meets monthly objectives
• Works with service advisors on warranty and service contract inquiries
• Trains and provides the sales team with information on finance and lease programs
• Other related duties as assigned

• At least 2 years of dealership experience
• Ability to Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to present a proper menu presentation
• Provide desk support when needed and work with management team
• Deal with local and national bankers and manufacturer representatives
• Understand tag and title laws; DMV
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screen
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
