Job Description Position SummaryThe Real Estate FP&A Senior Analyst is responsible for completing all required financial analysis and select reporting related to an assigned portfolio of multifamily assets located across various markets in the US and Canada. This role is responsible for being the Finance team s primary contact within the organization for financial analysis and commentary on their assigned portfolio. Areas of responsibility include forecast/budget/business plan/underwriting vs actuals analysis, liquidity forecasting, valuation and returns, and other ad hoc analysis as needed.
Reporting to the FP&A Director, the position acts as the go-to resource for the Director to assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses, as well as the potential to identify opportunity to improve and streamline processes related to financial analysis and reporting.
- 5 - 7 years of Financial review & analysis and accounting principles
- Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
CompensationCommensurate with Experience
$93, annually
