Economic Development Finance Attorney

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an attorney with 3+ years’ experience to provide support to its strong and successful Economic Development Finance team in the Cleveland market. Multi-year experience working with, and knowledge of, commercial real estate finance, public finance, or economic development finance, is a plus. Candidates with training in tax, economics, or corporations (such as an LLM or an MBA) are welcomed.

Successful candidates will have existing exposure to, or a strong desire to learn, tax increment finance (TIF) law, tax abatement law, special assessment law, bond finance, and other methods of public-private finance.

Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $150,000-$180,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
