We are partnering with a growing, well respected middle market investment bank in Cleveland that is expanding its Healthcare M&A team. This group prioritizes advising founder owned companies across the country and is seeing strong deal flow going into 2026.

This is not a role where you get stuck in a model all day. You will be involved in live transactions, client work, and the full deal lifecycle from day one.

• Support execution across the full M&A process from kickoff to close
• Build and maintain financial models for healthcare transactions
• Assist with due diligence, valuations, and buyer outreach
• Create pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations
• Work directly with senior bankers and healthcare operators
• Gain exposure to healthcare services, HCIT, pharma services, and provider platforms

This is a lean deal team, so your work actually matters and your learning curve moves fast.

• 2+ years of post grad investment banking experience
• Experience in healthcare, business services, or related verticals is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple live deals in a fast moving environment
• Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, no ego team

• Consistent healthcare deal flow in one of the most active M&A sectors
• More balanced culture than the large bulge bracket and elite boutique shops
