Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Tax Analyst to join their corporate tax team. This role plays a key part in preparing federal and state income tax calculations, supporting ASC 740 tax provision work, and ensuring compliance with both domestic and international reporting requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in corporate tax and tax accounting, and experience working with international entities, foreign reporting, or cross-border transactions is highly preferred.

- Prepare quarterly and annual federal and state income tax work papers, returns, and forms
- Assist with global ASC 740 tax provision calculations using One Source Tax Provision
- Calculate book-to-tax differences, estimated payments, extensions, and deferred tax assets/liabilities
- Support tax reporting requirements for international operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Research and interpret domestic and foreign tax law to ensure full compliance
- Prepare tax forecasts, analyze uncertain tax positions, and help mitigate risk
- Respond to federal, state, and foreign tax notices as needed
- Liaise with internal departments (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury) to support timely and accurate reporting
- Act as a strategic tax resource to the broader business
- 3+ years of experience in corporate tax (public accounting or in-house tax environment)
- Working knowledge of ASC 740 and GAAP reporting standards
- Familiarity with One Source Tax Provision and One Source Tax Return software preferred
- Experience supporting global tax provision processes and/or preparing foreign-related calculations a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with People Soft a plus
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to research complex tax matters and communicate findings effectively.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
