The Senior Sales Support Assistant – Fixed Income plays a critical role in supporting the fixed income sales and trading team by ensuring smooth trade settlement, maintaining client accounts, and delivering high-quality administrative and client service support. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

** Essential Functions
*** Monitor and ensure timely settlement of all fixed income trades.
* Verify trade confirmations and proactively resolve discrepancies with clients and back office.
* Track and resolve failed trades; notify clients of good fails and delivery issues.
* Open and maintain client accounts in internal systems and Bloomberg; follow up on required documentation.
* Update account information and ensure compliance with CIP and DARQ procedures.
* Assist sales team with bids, offers, and orders via phone or Bloomberg when needed.
* Process client requests for letters, reports, and investment documentation.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and complete expense reports for sales team.
* Monitor commissions and assist with reporting.
* Respond to client inquiries and provide requested materials such as confirmations and prospectuses.
* Enter trades into Bloomberg and other internal systems.
* Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
** Work Experience
*** 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services or trading support. (preferred)
* Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. (required)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. (required)
** Licenses and Certifications
*** FINRA License S7 within 180 Days (required)
* FINRA License S63 within 180 Days (required)

* ** Deep understanding of fixed income trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness to client needs.
* Demonstrates awareness of operational and compliance risks and takes proactive steps to mitigate them.

* Skilled in Bloomberg, Pershing, Microsoft Office Suite, and trading platforms.

* Familiar with risk controls and procedures related to trade settlement and client onboarding.
* Knowledge of compliance requirements including CIP, DARQ, and documentation standards.
* Awareness of account structures and operational workflows in institutional finance.
* Experienced in managing travel, expenses, and internal reporting for sales teams.
* Capable of preparing and delivering clear, professional materials for internal and client use.
