• Stable Pay:
  After completing PEP, eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional. Receives biweekly stable pay for up to first 24 months, based on a structured 40‑hour workweek, $27,550 annually.
• Commissions and Bonus:
  Eligible to earn commissions and bonus in addition to stable pay.
• Benefits Eligibility:
  Eligible to participate in comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), disability, life insurance, and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP) subject to program terms.
