We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Controller to lead all financial and accounting operations for a fast-paced, growth-minded organization. If you’re equal parts strategic and tactical — and love owning the numbers — this is the opportunity to make a major impact.

As the Controller, you’ll oversee day-to-day accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. You’ll tighten internal controls, improve processes, partner closely with leadership, and ensure the financials are accurate, timely, and actionable. This is a key leadership role with visibility across the entire company.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise
• Experience leading month-end close, budgeting, and audits
• Ability to manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff
• Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
• ERP/financial system experience + advanced Excel abilities
• CPA or MBA is a strong plus
