Responsibilities- Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
- Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed.
- Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate garage policies.
- Patrol transient and reserved parking levels on foot or in customized motor carts, if applicable.
- Assist customers who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
- Be present on every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
- Courtly assist customers by answering any questions and direct them to the Facility Manager if needed.
- Control traffic at entrances and exits as required.
- Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks directed by the Facility Manager.
- Report accidents, suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual events to the Facility Manager.
- Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc., to the garage office.
- Substitute for Valets when authorized.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways near the garage.
- Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or minor relevant experience/training.
- Valid state‑issued driver's license with a clean driving record (if operating company vehicles).
- Availability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekends if required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling amounts up to two‑digit numbers and simple financial calculations.
- Ability to maintain a neat appearance and wear uniform at all times.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally sit and climb.
$15.00 per hour (vacancy may vary)
