This firm has built a strong reputation delivering bridge, highway, and infrastructure projects across Ohio. Approximately 80% of their work is concentrated in Northeast Ohio, with the remaining 20% spread throughout other parts of the state – providing strong regional stability without constant travel.

This is a senior‑level seat – ideal for someone who understands bridge work inside and out and wants to play a key role in winning complex infrastructure projects.

• Up to $150K+ base (DOE)

• Leading full‑cycle estimating for bridge and structural heavy civil projects
• Performing detailed quantity takeoffs and cost modeling
• Developing bid strategies and working closely with operations
• Coordinating subcontractor outreach and supplier pricing
• Analyzing plans, specs, and DOT requirements
• Helping position the company competitively on public infrastructure work

• Proven experience estimating bridge / structural heavy civil projects
• Strong knowledge of Ohio DOT standards and infrastructure work
• Comfortable with industry software (Bluebeam, HCSS, On‑Screen Takeoff, etc.)
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
• A high‑level professional who wants ownership and impact
