A renewable energy technology firm in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Renewable Energy Automation Engineer to develop and implement control systems for battery energy storage systems (BESS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy storage technologies, energy management systems (EMS), and SCADA system design. Minimum 7 years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy projects is required. The position involves collaboration with various teams as well as domestic and international travel (about 20%).
A BSEE or MSEE and a PE License are preferred.
