Submittal Associate - Construction

Centi Mark Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Submittal Associate to join our New Construction Team in Stow, OH
. This role is critical in ensuring that all materials, blueprints, and product data align with design intent and contractual requirements. You will be responsible for technical analysis of project documents and supporting the Submittal Manager in maintaining a streamlined communication flow between various departments.

• Review project blueprints to identify all required material and equipment
• Analyze project specifications
• Examine project bid documents to identify any discrepancies between estimated costs and submittal requirements
• Work closely with the Submittal Manager to track the lifecycle of each submittal and track emails

• Experience: Background in construction administration, project coordination, or a related field
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in reading construction drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Build, or Bluebeam)
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies between blueprints and written specifications
• Communication: Strong professional writing skills for managing technical email chains and RFI (Request for Information) processes
