Transportation Design Engineer
This role focuses on roadway and transportation design projects, applying civil engineering expertise to develop plans that meet ODOT standards.
Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities- Develop and refine roadway designs using Micro Station with Open Roads or AutoCAD with Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to review design specifications and resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain project schedules, conduct site visits to assess conditions, and ensure adherence to safety codes.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Monitor design progress and maintain documentation to support successful project delivery.
- 5–15 years of experience in roadway / transportation design.
- Experience with Open Roads, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D.
- Experience working on ODOT projects.
- PE (professional engineer license) is a plus.
