Experience managing projects in the design/build construction industry Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work on development and construction side Responsible for land planning and site layout, load docking planning and site layout, zoning, grading, stormwater, and geotechnical Work with Sales, Leasing and Ownership teams A successful candidate will possess the following:
