- Assist Engineers onsite as the second technician to support more complex service work
- Work under supervision while developing skills for solo service on smaller, more basic jobs
- Provide electrical and mechanical support during equipment troubleshooting or commissioning
- Assist with fuel train assembly, testing, and other shop tasks when not in the field
- Join site crews during component and electrical installation stages to gain experience and help free up Engineers
- Support external and internal sales opportunities
- Availability to travel, up to 80%
- Work experience with equipment troubleshooting or commissioning
- Demonstrated hands‑on mechanical and electrical system work
- Understanding of reading drawings and developing BOMs for costing
- Electrical competency required; will receive training
- Multi‑role flexibility with willingness to learn and assist in shop and field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial process control or directly related field
- Associate degree in electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation technology preferred
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Cleveland to complete training
