Own base software components that power over‑the‑air (OTA) updates and diagnostics for next‑gen vehicle controllers in PDT. As part of BSWE, you will ship platform features across autonomous driving, body, powertrain, and infotainment.

• Build safety‑critical modules in modern C++ (C++14+) for OTA and diagnostics.
• Coordinate cross‑disciplinary issue resolution and contribute at a key technical level.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver dependable, high‑quality solutions.
• Select and integrate open‑source tech with performance, security, and compatibility in mind.
• Align stakeholders on technology choices.
• Lead by example with technical guidance and coaching.
• Travel up to 20% (domestic/international).

• B.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related from an ABET‑accredited university.
• 10+ years of embedded development in C++/Java and/or other high‑level languages.
• Extensive experience delivering vehicle features in at least one domain.
• Experience with ECU platform diagnostics (OBD, service tools, or OTA).
• Understanding of vehicle‑level functional chains.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO 26262.
• Strong analytical and interdisciplinary problem‑solving skills; adept at abstraction and simplification.
• Self‑driven, organized, and results‑oriented; excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Preferred: AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive);
  Linux, QNX, Android; OTA and ISO‑14229‑1; CAN/CAN‑FD/Ethernet/SOME/IP/DoIP/UDS; cybersecurity and secure coding;
  Matlab/Simulink/PREEVision; ASIL authoring; and standard requirements/design/configuration tools.
