Overview

Join American Structure point as a Project Manager - Civil Site in Cleveland, OH. This in-office role supports the Civil Site Group. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, entrepreneurial-minded, hands-on manager to direct, market, and win site development engineering work in the Midwest. The position requires flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, mentoring staff, and pursuing business opportunities.

• Manage projects profitably, delegating appropriate tasks and leading quality control.
• Drive client satisfaction, participate in proposals and presentations, and provide technical expertise in collaboration with business development staff.
• Mentor and develop staff; build and maintain client relationships; seek new business opportunities.
• Work across geographic markets as needed (current markets include Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, and others).
• Other duties as assigned.

• BS in Civil Engineering
• Licensed engineer with 7+ years of site development experience
• Experience with site layout design, grading and drainage, permitting of commercial/residential sites, road design, utility design, and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis
• Extensive client contacts and ability to win work through proposals and presentations
• Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization and ability to lead and mentor staff
• Proven ability to manage projects profitably
