As a Civil Engineering Principal for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll collaborate with the Office Civil Practice Lead and Operations Lead to grow the Civil Practice in our Cleveland, Ohio office. Your responsibilities include developing and strengthening client relationships, guiding projects through regulatory processes, ensuring technical excellence, managing proposals and budgets, mentoring engineers and project managers, and performing final quality control/assurance.
You will lead a team through civil engineering projects and business development, assist in recruiting and staff development, and work with senior management to customize your career path through professional development, mentoring, and involvement in office initiatives.
