Job Responsibilities
  • Supports local Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
  • Monitors, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
  • Coordinates the activities of professional staff from HSE sector and is accountable for the performance of the team.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and developing preventative strategies and implement appropriate control measures; implementing proactive safety processes.
  • Liaising with Engineering and Operations teams to assess safety impact and integrate preventative measures for health and safety into project planning.
  • Organizing training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of safety and environmental practices and legislation.
  • Coordinate the control of all workplaces in order to prevent accidents and occupational illnesses.
  • Validating the budgeting of protective equipment, work equipment, hygienic‑sanitary materials based on the internal regulations and the collective labour agreement.
Job Requirements
  • High‑education background.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in EHS.
  • Microsoft office ability.
  • ERP software knowledge (SAP preferred).
  • Written and oral communication skills.
  • Conflict management abilities.
