SAP EHS Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a specialist with strong expertise in SAP MFG EHSM Core and experience in process modeling tools to lead Environmental Health and Safety Management (EHSM) initiatives within a manufacturing IT landscape.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end SAP EHS implementations, regulatory compliance, and cross-module integration.

Key Responsibilities

SAP EHS Implementation & Configuration

• Lead full-cycle SAP EHS implementations including Safety Data Sheet Management, Dangerous Goods Management, and Product Marketability.
• Configure SAP EHS modules to meet client-specific manufacturing requirements.

• Integrate EHS systems with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, and PM.
• Support cross-functional integration across procurement, production, and sales cycles.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other U.S. environmental and safety regulations.
• Conduct FIT/GAP analysis and design solutions to meet regulatory requirements.

• Design and execute data migration strategies for EHS specifications and hazardous substances.

• Draft functional specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Participate in all testing phases including unit, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Strong expertise in SAP MFG EHSM Core.
• Experience with SAP Process Modeling tools such as Signavio, ARIS, or Visio.
• Proven track record in SAP EHS implementation and configuration.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to integrate SAP EHS with core SAP modules.

• Familiarity with additional SAP Process Modeling tools (Signavio, ARIS, Visio).
• Experience in global manufacturing or industrial environments.
