Lead Teacher - Infant

The Lead Teacher-Infant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Cleveland, OH. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for infants, and fostering an atmosphere of growth, love, and learning. The role includes collaborating with families, monitoring and supporting each child’s individual developmental progress, and ensuring compliance with all school policies and early childhood education standards.

• Experience in Lesson Planning and effective implementation of age-appropriate educational activities
• Strong skills in Teaching, Education, and fostering early childhood development
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues
• Ability to provide Training and mentorship to assistant teachers or staff as needed
• Familiarity with early childhood education regulations and standards is a plus
• Patience, empathy, and passion for working with infants
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hiring
