Overview
Agile Blue is on the search for a driven and highly organized Field Marketing Specialist to lead national event execution and pipeline generation. Based in Cleveland, you’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and our partner ecosystem to design, execute, and optimize field campaigns that accelerate growth. When you’re not on the road, you’ll build out webinars and event marketing automation campaigns that engage and convert high-value leads.

Key Responsibilities- Own national event execution: Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, partner events, and regional meetups that drive net-new pipeline and support overall company growth targets.
- Drive pipeline for events: Pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up campaigns that turn conversations into qualified opportunities.
- Build and host webinars: When not traveling, create and moderate Agile Blue-hosted webinars that spotlight our platform, partners, and key industry trends.
- Run event marketing automation campaigns: Develop and manage email nurture and follow up campaigns before and after events using Hub Spot.
- Coordinate cross functional alignment: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery of leads and closed-looped reporting.
- Own reporting, pipeline and optimization: Track ROI, leads, and conversion metrics for every event and campaign. Own event generated pipeline. Identify opportunities the improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Own swag budget and inventory: Oversee branded merchandise logistics, inventory levels, ordering, and distribution for events and partner programs.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B field marketing, events, or demand generation – ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and influencing revenue through events and webinars.
- Strong command of marketing automation tools like Hub Spot.
- Outstanding project management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% nationally.
- Based in Cleveland, OH (required).
