Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Thursday, no evenings or weekends
• Time off during the summer, school breaks and holidays
• Pay Range $17 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
• Part-time Non-exempt | Eligible for benefits

• Support daily classroom routines, activities, and transitions
• Assist children with IEPs and individualized supports
• Help with self-care needs (feeding, toileting, dressing, diapering)
• Support the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and specialists
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical exam
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to transfer children in/out of adaptive equipment
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Experience working with young children with special needs
• CPR/First Aid certification
