Educator Pay Rate: $15.00-$18.00 (based on education and experience)

Program

Hours:

Monday-Friday 6:15 am-8:30 am and 2:00 pm-6:00 pm. Your schedule may vary based on business needs.

Work Locations: You will have a "home base" location but may be asked to go to different schools within the district.

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and maintain team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  prepare activities and curriculum for the day, aligning with program objectives; lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children enjoy themselves while meeting program goals by modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols; document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
• Communication: effectively communicate with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Ability to meet state-specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR (in-person).
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR.
• Age 18+ years.
• Proof of high-school diploma/GED required.
• Enrollment in or completion of a two-year career-technical program in child development, or a high-school senior enrolled in a college credit program in child development.
• Alternatively, verification by a signed statement from the student's teacher or coordinator that the student is enrolled in the program and early childhood education with supervision.
