4th Grade Teacher

Position: 3/4th Grade Teacher, Lincoln Park Academy, Cleveland, OH

We invite applications for a dedicated 3/4th Grade Teacher to join ACCEL Schools, a dynamic network of public charter schools focused on student growth, equity, and excellence.

Lincoln Park Academy is a public charter school serving EK‑8th grade students in the Clark‑Fulton community. The school’s culture emphasizes social‑emotional development, a well‑rounded hands‑on education, and a commitment to academic rigor.

• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, adjusting throughout the school year
• Differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
• Apply research‑based best practices in daily teaching
• Manage behavior and create a positive learning environment
• Use school‑approved curricula that reflect diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
• Implement and uphold school culture expectations and norms
• Communicate with families on academic and social‑emotional growth
• Integrate technology to support learning
• Participate in planning non‑instructional activities as needed
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Active, current Ohio teaching license in the appropriate grade level
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Comfortable in a growth‑focused coaching environment with frequent observations and progress monitoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
• Capability to supervise students across school settings
• Passion for fostering student success in an urban environment
• Clearability of federal and state criminal background checks

Salary range: $41,000 – $50,500, influenced by location, experience, education, and other qualifications.
