About the Position
Locum Jobs Online is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Cardiothoracic Surgery MD in Ohio!
We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Cardiothoracic/Vascular Surgeon for 24-hour call coverage . This is a high-acuity opportunity at a well-established, full-service acute care hospital with strong clinical support and highly competitive locum compensation .
Coverage Dates (24-Hour Call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
March: 3/13/26 – 3/23/26
April: 4/3/26 – 4/13/26
April–May: 4/27/26 – 5/4/26
May: 5/15/26 – 5/25/26
Must be available for the listed date blocks
Facility & Practice Highlights
Full-service 250-bed acute care hospital
60 ICU beds
Adult patient population (100%)
Solo CV surgeon practice supported by 2 experienced mid-levels
Onsite lab and X-ray
EMR:
Epic

Required Procedures & Skills
General cardiothoracic & vascular surgery
Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)
Congenital defect repair
Valvular repair and replacement
Aneurysm repair
Lung resection (including VATS)
Chest wall and pleural procedures
Esophageal and diaphragm surgeries
Carotid & renal endarterectomy
Ventilator management & bronchoscopy
Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues

Board Certified (Required)
BLS & ACLS (Required)
Active Ohio medical license (Required)
Clean professional record (Required)
COVID vaccination (Required – noted at name clear)
Self-Query NPDB report (dated within 30 days at presentation)
Ability to cover entire listed date blocks
