About the Position
Locum Jobs Online  is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Otolaryngology MD in Ohio!

Step into a high-earning, full-service  Otolaryngology (ENT)  opportunity in  Findlay, Ohio —serving a thriving, independent health system with a strong referral network and minimal competition. You’ll join a flexible, collegial, and physician-centered practice where your voice is heard, and your schedule respects your life outside the clinic.

Position Highlights:

Comprehensive ENT care  with a broad patient base

Clinic Volume:  20–30 patients/day

OR Locations:  3 surgical sites (Hospital, ASC, and Community Hospital)

Surgical Tools:  Access to  four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots  + Table Motion

Support:  Full audiology team + APPs + specialty collaboration (Endo, Allergy, Neuro, etc.)

Call:  Backup only – APPs take primary

Tech & Teaching:  Mayo Clinic eConsults + optional teaching opportunities

Physician-Led Culture:  You help shape practice patterns, scheduling, and volume

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary Range:  $515K–$800K (plus wRVU & productivity bonuses)

Bonuses:  Sign-on, relocation, training stipends, loan repayment support

Loan Repayment:  Monthly, quarterly, or annual options

CME:  Annual stipend included

Employment:  Full-time, W-2 with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status

Qualifications:

Board Certified/Board Eligible  in Otolaryngology (within 5 years of training)

Active Ohio license  OR  Willing to obtain

Clean malpractice & licensure history  –  REQUIRED
