Overview
The Department of Psychiatry at Case Western Reserve University and The Metro Health System is seeking board-certified (or board-eligible) Inpatient and Outpatient child and adolescent psychiatrists to provide clinical care, teach residents, medical students and other learners. The position includes a faculty appointment at Case Western Reserve University at an appropriate level. There will be opportunities for academic and career development at the largest medical research institution in Ohio.

The department plans to develop novel clinical and academic programs. We are particularly interested in candidates with academic interests and experience in somatic treatment modalities. Physician-scientists will receive protected research time if they bring extramural funding, with protected time for promising candidates decided on a case-by-case basis. All candidates will receive mentoring and support for academic advancement.
Facilities and environmentThe department has relocated to a brand-new 112-bed Behavioral Health Hospital in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
