The Metro Health System, a major teaching affiliate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, is an integrated health system handling more than one million patient visits a year. As Northeast Ohios most advanced Level 1 Trauma Center as well as a certified Comprehensive Stroke Center, we provide high-quality, contemporary neurologic care to our patients with a wide range of chronic and acute neurological disorders.
Our neurology department is dedicated to faculty development, interprofessional education, and clinical and academic collaborations. We have an amazing neurology team, and we are growing!
We are developing a Headache Center to meet the needs of our community. We are conducting a national search for a physician leader. This is an outpatient-only position with no call. The physician will be supported by a nurse, an advanced practice provider, a psychologist, and administrative staff.
We offer a competitive compensation package, health insurance, paid time off, liability insurance, an academic appointment to the Case Western Reserve School of Medicine faculty (rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications), CME opportunities, malpractice coverage and an excellent pension program with a generous employer match through the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS).
Cleveland offers an extensive Metroparks system with thousands of miles of green space, award-winning eateries, an incredible arts scene featuring the largest performing arts center outside of New York, and low cost of living. Cleveland has been named one of the top places to live in the country.
We have exceptional clinicians with extraordinary hearts, and we are looking for more to join us. If you would like to learn more, please send cover letter and CV to the attention of:
