Medical Breast Specialist, Cleveland Clinic

Overview

The Cleveland Clinic Breast Center is seeking a Medical Breast Specialist to join our growing team. We welcome applications from board-certified physicians who have outpatient experience in medical breast and a strong interest in women’s health. Eligible disciplines include Breast Surgery, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Gynecology. The ideal candidate has experience in primary or ambulatory care and a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care, with a focus on the evaluation and management of benign breast disease, comprehensive risk assessment, care of patients at elevated or hereditary risk, and survivorship care.

• Provide evaluation and management of benign breast disease, perform comprehensive risk assessment, care for patients at elevated or hereditary risk, and survivorship care.
• Maintain a hybrid academic and community clinical practice at our multidisciplinary Breast Center locations within the Cleveland Clinic Breast Program.
• No on-call requirement.
• Contribute to teaching rotation for medical students, residents, and fellows; pursue an academic appointment as Assistant, Associate, or Professor at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
• Participation in clinical research is encouraged.

• The Cleveland Clinic Breast Center comprises surgical and medical breast specialists, as well as breast psychology, offering services from screening and diagnosis to treatment and survivorship.
• The Breast Center is part of the Comprehensive Breast Program and maintains full accreditation from the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC).
