Location:
Cleveland Comprehensive Treatment Center, 8101 Euclid Avenue, Suite 21, Cleveland, Ohio 44103.
Hours:
Part‑time, Mon, Wed, Thurs; 6 am – 2 pm (On‑call: Tue, Fri, Weekend). Salary: $200 – 250 per hour (15‑minute appointments).

Our team provides compassionate, high‑quality counseling, therapy, medication, and guidance to patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Responsibilities- Responsible for providing medical care by prescribing, dispensing, and administering medication to patients at the clinic within medication protocols defined by federal and state regulations, as well as by corporate, facility or clinic policy.
- Performs physical exams on patients admitted for medication maintenance to establish medical diagnosis for acute and chronic health problems.
- Reviews medical information on patients to ensure medical stability, eligibility for the program, and to offer medical recommendations.
- Ensures patients are aware of the hazards of the medication treatment program.
- Evaluates patient care and adjusts the plan of care based on outcomes, diagnostic test results, and patient feedback.
- Provides patient and staff education on medical maintenance.
- Reviews and completes medical information for individual care plans and documents services and information in a timely manner, maintaining appropriate confidential documentation, compliance, and billing in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic policy and procedure.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time.
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.
Compensation for roles at Cleveland CTC varies depending on factors such as location, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Cleveland CTC provides a reasonable hourly range for roles that may be hired in Ohio as set forth above.
Qualifications- Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited college or university.
- Previous experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, such as outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT), including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.
- Familiarity with state regulatory standards (e.g., 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, Joint Commission standards).
- No history of alcohol or drug misuse for a period of three years before employment.
- Current license to practice medicine by the state of Ohio.
- Board certification, or certificate of admissibility for board certification, is preferred.
- Current DEA credentials are required to prescribe controlled substances without restrictions.
