Interior Designer - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 26-00098
Salary Range: $50k - $70k Permanent Position with Benefits
An architectural and interior design firm is seeking to hire an Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and experience working on a range of interior design and architectural projects.
This role offers the opportunity to lead design efforts, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to projects from concept through completion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from an accredited university.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Photoshop; additional 3D modeling or visualization skills are a plus. Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) highly desired.
- Knowledge of all phases of interior design/architectural project delivery.
- Lead and support design efforts for diverse project types, from residential to commercial.
- Create finishes, fixtures, furniture, textiles, ceiling and lighting plans. Integrating technical requirements such as audio/video, acoustics, power, and data systems.
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation and assist in construction documentation.
- Conduct client presentations using a variety of formats.
