Experience/Certifications:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience (Education/Municipal Architecture preferred)
- Professional Architectural Degree and Registration required
- Proficiency in the REVIT and building information modeling platforms
- Experience in all phases of Project Design and Project Delivery types
- Experience with Building and Zoning Codes
- Ability to be a point person with clients and a Team leader
