Role DescriptionOur team is currently seeking a talented and self-motivated Project Architect for a key architectural position. This position will include involvement in each phase of a project from design through construction. The Project Architect will coordinate project design and development, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities- Implement projects from conceptual design through construction documents by collaborating with project teams
- Work with the design team and clients to identify objectives
- Prepare designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects, primarily commercial and multi-family residential projects
- Prepare and manage master plans and revitalization projects of various sizes and scopes
- Research and implement alternative and sustainable design approaches based on unique specifications, site conditions, regulations, etc.
- Preparation of construction documents
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet project deadlines and needs
- Ability to present designs to public entities and community groups
- Actively promotes a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of Architecture experience
- High proficiency with Revit software
- Licensed Architect (or in process of taking exams) preferred
- Strong freehand and digital graphics
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
