Jonesboro Realty Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a representative of our company, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Providing accurate information about our company, products, and services to clients and potential clients
• Assisting clients with their real estate needs, including scheduling appointments, providing property information, and answering general questions
• Maintaining customer records and updating information in our database
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals set by the company
• Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required
