Leasing Associate

K&D Management is seeking an experienced Leasing Associate to join our team. This full-time, in-person role involves overseeing daily property operations, managing leasing activities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Show apartments to prospective tenants
  , highlighting features and benefits to secure leases.
• Handle rent collection, payment processing, and record-keeping
  .
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and promptly address inquiries or concerns.
• Utilize property management software (e.g., Yardi) for efficient operations.
• Implement conflict management strategies to resolve tenant disputes effectively.

• 1+ years of property leasing experience required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  ; other technology skills are a plus.
• Experience with Yardi property management software is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
  .

• Monday Through Friday
  : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Every other Saturday
  : 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (alternating weekend coverage)

• Starting at $18 / hour
