As a crucial part of our customer service department, you will be the voice of our company and play a vital role in cultivating positive customer experiences. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding our products and services.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
• Assist with billing and account-related questions as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
