** Your Impact:
*** Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
* Assist customers with policy details, claims inquiries, and billing or premium-related questions
* Review policy coverage to determine eligibility and respond appropriately
* Compare policy information and clarify misunderstandings to ensure accurate communication
* Provide information on insurance products, process coverage requests, and manage account cancellations
* Support customers with complaint resolution while maintaining a high level of service### ###
** Successful Candidates Will Have:
*** High school diploma required;
Associate Degree or higher preferred
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel One
