Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

We re seeking a Marketing & Design Associate to play a key role in advancing our mission by producing high-quality visual assets across print and digital channels. This role is ideal for a multi-talented creator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys balancing creativity with project coordination.
Working closely under the Director of Marketing, you ll lead design execution and collaborate with our Production Designer to ensure work is accurate, on-brand, and delivered efficiently across all four pillars of our care programs.

What You ll DoGraphic Design & Creative Development- Create high-quality print and digital materials including flyers, brochures, event collateral, presentations, and infographics following brand guidelines
- Develop visual assets for web, social media, and digital campaigns with consistency across platforms
- Design visual components and support email marketing campaigns for fundraising, awareness, and engagement
- Collaborate with the Production Designer to execute and refine design assets
- Manage social media content calendar and posting schedule across platforms
- Coordinate content planning with external firms and internal teams
- Review, schedule, and publish social content ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
- Design social media graphics as needed
- Manage assigned marketing and design projects from intake through delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support project execution
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and digital assets
- Support event promotion and on-site coverage
- Occasional evening or weekend availability for events and campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in graphic design, visual communication design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, design, or related creative roles (internship experience may be considered)
- Portfolio required demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals, production quality, and attention to detail
- Ability to travel between The Centers locations as needed
- High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
- Strong layout, typography, and visual design skills
- Experience managing social media across major platforms and using scheduling tools
- Understanding of graphic design principles: branding, layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, compelling, brand-aligned messaging
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of social media best practices, engagement, and audience growth
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices and campaign support
- Ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences
- Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools
- Experience with Raiser s Edge Email Marketing or similar CRM-integrated systems
- Basic photography or short-form video experience
This position follows The Centers Institutional Advancement Department s hybrid work model, generally working remotely on Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesday through Thursday, with flexibility to adjust as needed. The role operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment and requires regular sitting, speaking, hearing, and use of hands and arms. Travel to multiple Centers locations and occasional off-site meetings, events, or vendor visits may be required.
