Videographer & Content Creator

Overview

Color Beyond is a creative storytelling agency that works with organizations and small businesses to build trust, credibility, and a consistent online presence through strategic video content. We are looking for a Videographer & Content Editor to support both client work and Color Beyond’s internal brand content. This is a hands on, fast paced role ideal for an early career creative who wants real agency experience, strong portfolio growth, and the opportunity to grow with a team long term.

• Shoot and edit video content for social media, campaigns, events, and brand activations
• Create short form, native, user-generated content style videos for digital platforms
• Capture behind the scenes and real time content for both client projects and Color Beyond
• Support podcast recordings, interviews, and in studio productions
• Attend select networking events, speaking engagements, and agency activities to capture content
• Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to shape visual storytelling
• Organize footage, manage media, and deliver edited assets on time
• This role includes both client-facing agency work and internal brand/marketing content for Color Beyond.

• 1–3 years of experience shooting and editing video (agency, freelance, internship, or post-grad experience all count)
• Strong understanding of short-form social media content
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Comfortable shooting in a variety of environments (events, offices, studio, on-location)
• Basic knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals
• Organized, reliable, and coachable
• Interested in growing within an agency environment
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating video and editing skills (student work accepted)

• Early in your creative career and want hands-on agency experience
• Interested in both production and editing
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast paced environment
• Looking to grow your skills, portfolio, and professional experience
• Not currently running your own production company
• Interested in a long term opportunity and growing with a creative agency
