ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic person who deeply loves God to fill the role of worship leader & media director. The right candidate will have a heart and talent at leading worship, developing a team of singers and musicians, and serving the church and the unchurched.
bOverview- Lead worship at Church Services and Celebrate Recovery
- Discover, encourage, grow, and develop the church family’s musical talents
- Coach youth group band
- Work in conjunction with media, audio, visual, and sound elements of worship
- Build and work in conjunction with Senior Pastor to craft worship services
- Lead worship at CR and on Sunday mornings
- Select songs, schedule singers and musicians, and direct stage actions
- Organize auditions and make joint decisions with others on who is skilled to lead in worship
- Oversee worship slides
- Produce the Podcasts each week with the Senior Pastor and post the episodes to their respective Social Media locations
- Keep the Church media content engaging and fun, and promote Church content often
- Develop and provide oversight to a media team that captures pictures of Church events and posts them to Social Media
- Edit Church events and content on the Church Website
- Create and distribute weekly announcement slides for Sunday services and social media, coordinating details with staff in advance
- Become familiar with the Church App, and ensure that it is working as it should
- Website Services:
- Updating Website pages and information as needed
- Update congregational database inside of Planning Center “People”
- Create and manage workflows that engage with Guests of the Church
- Create and manage forms and Lists inside of Planning Center People
- Advertise church events as requested by ministry leads
- Attend Weekly Staff meetings; communicate ministry updates with staff
- Officiate weddings and funerals as asked (if holding Pastor title)
- Visit with elderly, shut‑ins, hospitalized as asked
- Prepare annual report each year, including hours worked and scope of completed work throughout the year
- Make suggestions and recommendations as to equipment replacements
- Forecast the annual budget and oversee expenditures
- Report to senior leadership twice a year to set forth objectives and review past goals
- Make budget recommendations to board for the ministry lines in which you are responsible
- Responsible for properly accounting of expenses and providing receipts for expenses incurred

bNecessary Requirements- Ability to organize and lead both people and events. Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Must have the ability to play musical instruments and sing.
- Possess doctrinal beliefs consistent with those of Eagleville Bible Church.
Regularly attend church, abstain from alcohol and drug use, dress appropriately for the responsibilities of the day, attend major church events, and be involved within the community in order to reach the lost.
