Job Title:
Construction Inspector
Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Construction Inspector to join our team in the Cleveland area with pay starting at $40/hr the ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting construction sites, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. The Construction Inspector will work closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to maintain quality control and ensure projects are completed successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Document inspection reports and findings
- Communicate with project stakeholders regarding inspection results
- Previous experience as a Construction Inspector or related field
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification or licensure in relevant field is preferred
