Aviation Resident Project Representative

C&S Companies is currently seeking an Aviation Resident Project Representative II position for our Cleveland, OH office. This role offers a competitive salary, employee benefits (including health insurance and time-off provisions) and possible relocation allowance/per diem for qualified candidates. Airport construction experience highly desired.

Responsibilities include performing routine construction inspection services including acting as a liaison between supervisor and contractor, arranging material testing, conducting hands-on inspections, notifying supervisor of problems and deviations from plans and specifications, tracking quantities for payment, and completing daily reports.

• One-Five years of related experience
• Ability to maintain a daily job log and records
• Familiarity with and ability to interpret civil construction plans and specifications

• Airport construction experience (horizontal projects) highly desired
• Associates degree in related field desired
• Concrete and asphalt pavement inspection experience
• Underground drainage, utilities and electrical experience

$42.00 - $52.00/hr*
